All skin types benefit from regular facial treatment, which deeply cleanses the skin, relaxes tense
tight muscles and improves the general condition of the skin.
The 7 Steps
All facials consist of the following seven steps and use all natural, plant derived botanical and organic
products to provide a holistic, pampering and deeply relaxing treatment.
1. Cleansing removes the dead skin cells, particles of dust, natural secretions and stale make up.
2. Deep Cleansing lifts away waste matter and oils enabling the skin to function more easily and freshens
its appearance.
3. Exfoliation using a natural enzymatic, vegetal peel or a peel off mask with AHA fruit acids. This
consists of removing the outer layer of skin together with dead cells which stimulates the flow of blood
to the surface of the skin.
4. Steaming is a gentle, deep cleansing treatment which relaxes the skin and assists in the elimination
of waste products through perspiration. It opens the pores, improves circulation and removes impurities
from the skin. Ozone is produced which has an antibacterial effect which promotes healing.
5. Ampoules are an intensive and efficient way to achieve the results you are looking for. Each ampoule
has a high concentrate of specific ingredients, in liquid form so their absorption into the skin is both
rapid and efficient. The use of ampoules gives a 'booster' treatment to the skin which provides
more effective treatment results. They are used on the skin depending on the needs of the skin type eg.
raspberry, elastin, collagen, trace elements, shea butter, fresh cells, azulene, royal jelly,
grapefruit, phyto-aromatic, fruit acid/AHA and vitamin C.
6. A Mask is then applied to the skin and left on for 15-20 minutes. Pollen, Azulene, Strawberry,
Vitamin C, Linden, Purifying, nourishing, deep cleansing, or a revitalising mask with algae are just
some of the masks used depending on the skin type.
7. Finally a facial massage including the back, neck and shoulders increases oxygen
and nutrients, stimulates removal of waste products, promotes cell regeneration, relieves tension and
fatigue, improves the texture of skin and promotes total relaxation.

What is a Micro-current facial?
Micro-current is used to maintain a youthful appearance and combat the effects of ageing. It offers facial
contour lifting by reprogramming the muscle fibres. It can shorten or relax the fibres, thereby lifting
sagging muscles of the jaw, neck and face, as well as reducing and smoothing the fine lines on the face and
neck. Also used to improve the condition of ageing skin, to improve the colour and texture of the skin
promoting a healthy glow. To reduce puffiness and dark circles around the eyes and to soften old scar tissue.
At your initial treatment, we will complete a case history noting any medication you may be taking, lifestyle,
current skincare regime, ailments and any conditions past and present. Advice may be given in areas such
as aftercare, skincare, diet, herbs, posture, fluid intake, exercise etc. A treatment plan is then carried
out where we can discuss your requirements, areas of concern and expectations.
