It can also be described as 'acupuncture without needles' as the 'tapping' is used on the meridian points that help re-balance the flow of energy that can sometimes get disrupted as it travels through channels in our body.

What can I expect with EFT?
A consultation will take place before the session. The practitioner will also show you some of the basic sequence of tapping techniques.
During the session you will be guided through the issue you have bought to the session using a number of methods ie. Tapping or Movie technique, all of which will be explained to you.
The session will take place in a safe and relaxed environment by a qualified practitioner.

Yes, it is very safe, your practitioner is trained in EFT and will keep you safe during the session.
How many sessions do I need?
This is up to you. Some people only require one session; others may need a number of sessions. Everyone is different. However, following any session you will be equipped to use EFT on a daily basis.
